肌酸及其复合制剂对小鼠运动能力的影响 被引量:4

摘要 本研究观察了口服肌酸及其复方制剂对小鼠运动能力影响,以及腓肠肌超微结构的变化。实验结果表明,服用肌酸及其复方制剂能显著提高小鼠运动能力,单纯服用肌酸不训练,运动能力变化P>0.05,服用肌酸的同时给予适当的训练,运动能力变化P<0.05;电镜观察小鼠腓肠肌中有较多的线粒体和糖原,肌纤维变粗。结果显示肌酸及其复合制剂能显著提高小鼠的运动能力,提高骨胳肌中能量物质储备。 The paper was to study the effect of creatine and creatine-compound on the exercise ability of rats and the ultramicrostructure changes of gastrocremius muscle. The results showed that creatine and creatine-compound significantly increased the rats' exercise abiltiy. Only taking creatine without training couldn' t affect exercise ability (p > 0. 05), however both taking creatine and taking some exercise could greatly increased exercise ability(p<0.05); More mitochondria and glycogen and thicken fiber were found in gastrocremius muscle. In conclusion, creatine and creatine-compound significantly increased exercise ability and the energy substance reserved in somatic muscle.
