摘要
为探讨用心率估测能量代谢的方法 ,观察了 8名健康男性青年用自行车功量计进行上、下肢运动时心率和能量代谢率 ,并对心率与能量代谢率进行了线性回归分析。结果显示 :心率和能量代谢率等生理指标随运动负荷的增加而增加 ,上、下肢二种运动方式的心率与能量代谢率分别有良好的线性关系 ,但上、下肢运动的心率与能量代谢率的线性回归方程有一定的差异。提示 :运动时的心率与能量代谢率呈线性相关 ,但运动方式对心率与能量代谢率的线性回归方程有一定的影响。用心率估测代谢率应考虑到运动方式。
Energy metabolic rate and heart rate were observed in 8 healthy young men during exercise on a bicycle ergometer. The results showed that there is a linear relationship between heart rate and metabolic rate during both upper and lower exercise,only that the metabolic rate is higher during upper limb exercise than during lower limb exercise under the same work load.It suggests that work efficiency may be influenced by mode of exercise.
