摘要
目的:初步探索大学生科学体育健身知晓的情况。方法:运用问卷调查四川师范大学学生,结果:(1)大部分学生选择篮球、足球运动进行健身(2)绝大多数学生认可体育的健身功能,认为体育健身有助于身体健康。(3)有27%的学生会在运动前进行准备活动,运动后整理运动只有19%。(4)大部分学生每周有3次以上的健身运动,运动时间控制在30min以上。结论:(1)四川师范大学学生的科学健身知晓度的情况并不好,需要积极加强学生的科学健身知晓度,促进学生健康发展(2)学生运动参与的情况较好,基本都会进行体育锻炼(3)随着电子产品的普及与增加,学生虽然重视健身的重要作用,但是大部分人并不会坚持健身运动。(4)学生对自身运动负荷的控制能力较差,并不懂得该如何在健身运动中控制运动负荷。(5)学生对运动前后的热身和整理运动不够重视,运动后的饮食补充针对性也不够强,需要加强这方面的了解。
Objective: To explore the situation of college students’ scientific sports fitness. Methods: Questionnaires were used to survey students from Sichuan Normal University. The results were as follows:(1) Most students chose basketball and football for fitness.(2) Most students recognized the fitness function of sports and believed that physical fitness contributes to health.(3) 27% of students will prepare for the exercise before exercise, and only 19% after exercise.(4) Most students have more than three physical exercises per week, and the exercise time is controlled for more than 30 minutes. Conclusion:(1) The situation of scientific fitness awareness of students in Sichuan Normal University is not good. It is necessary to actively strengthen the scientific fitness awareness of students and promote the healthy development of students.(2) The participation of students in sports is better, and basic physical exercise will be carried out.(3) With the popularity and increase of electronic products, although students attach importance to the important role of fitness, most people do not adhere to fitness.(4) Students have poor control over their exercise load and do not know how to control exercise load during exercise.(5) Students pay insufficient attention to warm-up and finishing exercises before and after exercise, and the dietary supplements after exercise are not strong enough. It is necessary to strengthen this understanding.
