摘要
系统考察铁介质磨矿过程中不同pH条件下方铅矿、闪锌矿和磁黄铁矿单矿物及混合矿物的矿浆电位变化及在磨机中加入不同药剂对矿浆电位的影响。结果表明,由于酸性环境本身可以溶解铁,使得矿浆中存在大量Fe2+,矿浆从酸性到碱性,矿浆电位先升后降。由于静电位差异所造成的迦伐尼作用不同,磁黄铁矿的矿浆电位最低,方铅矿次之,闪锌矿最高。捕收剂对矿浆电位的影响不明显。加入氰化钠可以使磁黄铁矿矿浆电位升高,这是由于氰化物的生成所致。混合矿物磨矿所得的矿浆电位不同。
The relationship between pulp potential and pH,and the effects of the addition of the collectors and depressant on the potential changes during the ore grinding with iron media are investigated.It indicates that the pulp potential first raised and then fell with the increase of the pH because the formation of Fe2+ in the acidic environment.Because of the difference of rest potential,the pulp potential during the pyrrhotite grinding is the lowest,then the galena,the pulp potential during the sphalerite grinding is the highest. The pulp potential can be raised by the
addition of sodium cyanide for the formation of ferrocyanide during the pyrrhotie grinding. The effects of the addition of the collectors on the potential changes during the ore grinding is not obvious. The pulp potential is different if different minerals are mixed and grinded.
