摘要
本文提出了一种新的电力线路故障精确测距算法。该算法仅利用线路两端的故障后电压、电流向量测量值。但无需同步采集。算法中采用了电力线的分布参数模型,并充分考虑了线路电容的影响。文中给出了动模实验的结果。
This paper presents a new technique for accurately locating faults on high voltage AC power transmission lines.The technique utilitses post fault voltage and current phasors at both two ends of the line,but no data sampling synchronization at different line terminals is required for it.A distributed transmission line model is used for the proposed algorithm and the effect of capacitance considered explicitly.Results of dynamic simulations test are shown.
