摘要
目的促进《内科护理学》PBL教学中小组功能的发挥,为护理本科生的教学改革提供借鉴。方法某医科大学2006级护理本科生的《内科护理学》PBL教学中,通过组织动员、案例编制、教师培训、教学评价、小组讨论等教学策略来促进PBL小组功能的发挥。结果护理本科生在PBL小组讨论中表现积极,评价得分较高,对《内科护理学》PBL教学的满意度也较高。结论在PBL教学中,注重动员师生参与、严密设计讨论案例、培训小组指导教师,精心安排小组讨论课和引入形成性评价,有助于促进PBL小组功能的发挥。
Objective To explore the methods to promote group function in practice of Problem - based Learning (PBL) in the course of internal medical nursing among undergraduate nursing students. Methods The PBL was adopted in the course of internal medical nursing for the undergraduate nursing students. Some measures were taken to promote PBL group function,including organization and mobilization, thornughful case preparation, teachers training, teaching evaluation, group discussion, and so on. Results Nursing students performed actively and got high evaluation results in the course of group discussion. At the same time,they were satisfied with the practice of PBL. Conclusion It can advance the group function by mobilizing teachers and students to participate,seri- ously designing discussion cases,training group instructors,carefully arranging group discussion,and fetching the formative assessment in the practice of PBL.
