摘要
通过在焚烧炉条件下,对一些典型城市生活垃圾基元干燥过程试验结果进行动力学分析,分别整理出这些生物质和非生物质垃圾基元在高温干燥条件下的有效湿分扩散系数和活化能。结果显示,生物质垃圾基元干燥活化能高于非生物质,非生物质垃圾基元可以在较低的干燥温度下进行。同时根据试验结果整理出了试验温度范围内所选垃圾基元的干燥动力学方程,明确了温度对有效湿分扩散系数的具体影响。
Drying kinetics is discussed with experimental results of typical MSW matrix in incinerator-like conditions.Effective moisture diffusivity and activation energies of the typical MSW matrixes are gained at 100~200℃.The results show that lower activation energies are required during the drying process of waste matrixes.Activation energies of the biologic waste matrixes are higher than that of abiological ones occurring at lower drying temperature.Effective moisture diffusivity of the biologic waste matrix is higher than abiological ones.Drying kinetics formulas of the matrixes are determined.The effect of temperature on effective moisture diffusivity is gained.
