随着休闲时代的来临,运动休闲将成为生活方式的重要组成部分,对其研究也将成为体育理论的热点和前沿。中国体育迫切需要接纳运动休闲并探讨其学理,最佳切入点是竞技娱乐化。娱乐展现着体育活动的趣味和魅力,成为开展运动休闲的要素,而具体进行娱乐活动时则需要把游戏精神视为灵魂。重视运动休闲的娱乐要素,通过游戏方式,使运动竞技彻底休闲娱乐化,是奥运后我国体育由专业竞技向职业竞技的华丽转身。
With the coming of leisure times, sports leisure becomes an important part of lifestyle. The study on it will be the hot topic and forefront of sport theory. China sports urgently need to accept the sports leisure and discuss its theory. The best breakthrough point is the popularization of sports. The popularization shows the amusement and fascination of sports activity, and becomes the element of sports leisure. During the recreation activity, the game spirit should be regarded as the soul. It is the good transfer of our competitive sports to professional sports after Olympic Games for paying attention to element of recreation and popularization.
