Study on Polysaccharide Chemical Content of Sea Cucumbers

摘要 以9种海参为原料进行粗多糖的提取并对其化学组成和纯度进行分析。结果显示9种海参粗多糖得率在10.11%~33.68%。不同海参糖基含量0.63%~4.26%。硫酸基含量4.06%~14.78%。DEAE-纤维素柱层析结果显示,多糖的洗脱峰普遍较高而蛋白的含量均较低,进而认定得到了较高纯度的多糖。 In this paper, the polysaccharide was extracted from nine kinds of sea cucumbers. The results showed that these nine kinds of sea cucumber polysaccharide were 10.11% to 33.68%. The glycosyl of different sea cucumber contents were 0.63% to 4.26%. Sulfate contents were 0.63% to 4.26%. Sulfate contents were fluctuated between 4.06% and 14.78%. DEAE-cellulose column chromatography results showed that polysaccharide of the elution peaks were higher, while the protein contents were lower. Therefore, a high purity polysaccharide was obtained.
