摘要
为提高先天性输尿管异位开口的诊治水平，对1980～1998年1月收治的先天性输尿管异位开口20例临床资料进行分析。患者均为5～21岁女性，均经逆行尿路造影、膀胱镜及排泄性尿路造影检查而确诊、定侧。经手术治疗均痊愈并获随访，其中10例行输尿管膀胱吻合者随访3个月～1年，复查排泄性尿路造影显示重复肾上位肾功能良好。认为寻找异位开口及行逆行尿路造影对定测诊断有决定性意义，手术治疗是治疗输尿管异位开口的唯一方法。
20 cases of bilateral duplicated kidney with ectopic ureteral orifice treated between 1980 and 1998 were reported. All petients were females ranging frome 5~21 years of age. Retrograed urography,cystoscopy,and conventional intravenous urogram were used to diagnose each ectopic site and its contributing kidney. Hemine phro -ureterec tomy was pe rformed, with a satis factory result achieved in all cases.
