摘要
自１９７２～１９９３年共诊治输尿管损伤８例。年龄１个月～７岁。男３例，女５例。左侧６例，右侧２例。外伤性６例，医源性２例。除ｌ例术中损伤者及时发现处理外，７例均延误诊治，导致１例术后死亡，３例失肾，３例保存了肾脏，１例近期病人带肾造瘘管。
cases of ureteral injury admitted between 1972and 1993 were evaluated.3 were male and 5 female with the age ranging from l month to 7 years.The ureteral injury was on the left in 6 and on the right in 2.The outcome of the patients denoted that early diagnosis might be difficult but has been the key to prompt treatment so as to avoid further kidney dysfuction.
