摘要
采用石墨极板,固定极板间距4.0cm,通过正交试验考察了填料、槽电压、时间、pH、Na2SO4投加量和酸性大红浓度等因素对脱色效果的影响.实验得出的最佳脱色条件为:电解时间150min、槽电压25V、填料为活性炭/玻璃珠(体积为2?1)、pH为2、Na2SO4投加量2.0g/L,进水初始浓度500mg/L.在此条件下,三维电极反应器对酸性大红G模拟废水的脱色率达82.11%,电解后废水的BOD5/CODCr由0.20提高到0.33,数据拟合结果表明该反应是一级反应.
The influence of filler,cell voltage,time,pH,dosing quantity of Na2SO4,the concentration of acid red-G on the chroma removal ratio of simulated wastewater by orthogonal experiment when the graphite was used as plates and the distance of which was fixed as 4.0 cm.The results shows that,the optimum parameters of the test are:the electrolysis time is 150 min,the cell voltage is 25 V,the filler is consisted of activated carbon and glass bead and the volume ratio of activated carbon to glass bead is 2∶1,pH is 2,the dosing quantity of Na2SO4 is 2.0 g/L,the concentration of inffluent is 500 mg/L.Under such operation parameters,the removal ratio of chroma of the simulated wastewater can reach 82.11%,meanwhile,the BOD5/CODCr of wastewater increases ranging from 0.20 to 0.33 after electrolysis.Carries on the data fitting to the experimental findings,the reaction is first order reaction.
