摘要
华支睾吸虫寄生于人和犬、猫等动物的肝胆管内,造成肝胆的一系列疾病,是一种重要的人兽共患寄生虫病。选择快速、准确的诊断方法对防治该病十分重要,免疫学检测方法现已广泛用于华支睾吸虫病的诊断,本文就目前华支睾吸虫病免疫学检测方法的研究进展作一概述。
Clonorchis sinensis parasitises in the bile ducts of human and dogs, cats and other animals. Clonorchiasis is a serious zoonofic parasitic disease causing a series of liver and gallbladder disease. So choosing fast and accurate diagnostic way of treatment is important to prevent and cure the disease. Nowadays, immunological detection has been widely used in the diagnosis of elonorchiasis. This paper provides an overview on research progress in ways of immunological detection of clonorehiasis.
