摘要
火力发电厂烟气排放流量是环保监测的重要参数。由于烟道内烟气流场的湍流特性,流量测量精度无法达到规范要求。根据某电厂330MW机组烟气流场现场测试结果和流场数值的模拟分析,提出一种实际可行的烟气排放流量测量方法。通过在烟囟入口烟道处安装数套流量仪的方法,有效解决了单一流量仪监测精度差的问题。
The flue gas flow rate in power plant is an important parameter in environment measurements. Because of the characteristic of turbulence flow in the duct, the measurement precise of flue gas flow can not meet the requirements of criterion. Based on the test result of flue gas velocity field and the analysis of numerical simulation of flow field in the 330 MW coal-fired unit, a feasible and practical measurement method of flue gas flow is put forward in this article.
