摘要
发展现代服务业以促进就业,既是我国社会经济可持续发展的中长期发展战略问题,也是我国当前改革、发展与稳定所面临的极为紧迫的问题。研究表明,随着工业化的推进,现代服务业对我国就业的效应越来越明显,它不但体现在自身的就业效应上,更体现在其对就业的带动效应上,即现代服务业对就业的绩效表现出显性和隐性的综合效应。
Development of tertiary industry in China can speed up the increase in employment. It is not only an issue of mid-long run strategies in the process of sustainable social and economic development, but also an urgent question of reform, development and stability of our country.. Research demonstrates that with the development of industrialization, the effect of modern service industry upon employment performance is more and more obvious, which is shown not only by its effect upon modern service industry employment, but also by its effeet on promoting overall employment, that is modern service industry has comprehensive effect on employmenl, both explicit and implicit.
