摘要
采用G-P算法,对10例大学生安静时睁眼和闭眼状态的脑电图作了相关维数(CD)分析及计算条件的探讨。结果表明:连续多段脑电的CD具有相对稳定性。在一定范围内,CD随计算点长的增加和采样频率的下降而升高,随低通滤波频率的下降而降低;随计算参数时间延迟和嵌入维数的增加而增高。上述各种情况下,睁眼时的CD值均高于闭眼。提示:选择适当的计算条件和参数,脑电的CD分析能够反映不同的脑功能状态,其取值也可符合理论要求。
CDs of eye-open and eye-closed EEG in resting condition of 10 college students were analysed using Grassberger-Procacia algorithm and calculating conditions were researched.The result showed relative stability of CDs of continuous EEG segments.Within a certain range,CD value increased with the increase of calculating points,the decrease of sample frequency,and decreased with the decrease of low-pass filt frequency;it increased with increasing of calculating parameters,such as time delay and embedding dimension.In all conditions above,CD values were higher in eye-open condition than in eye-closed condition.It suggests that,choosing appropriate conditions and parameters,CD of EEG signals could reflect the different brain states and its value could also consist with the theoretical result.
