摘要
制定抢救成批重度烧伤的护理计划，是争时间，抢速度组织急救工作必不可少的护理依据。有秩序化、合理性、分工协助性的科学规范管理，可以明显减少急救中引起的忙而出错重复劳动，就轻忽重或因紧张而无从着手主次工作问题，降低了各个环节因组织安排不当造成的需求矛盾。应用程序化模式图，表格式方法反应从现场急救，入院前后救护，及护理工作人员分工，伤员分类收容内容，有利于科主任、护士长抢救指挥组对各环节工作完成情况的宏观调度，检查指导，督促协助，同时对计划不断补充修改。使病人平稳渡过休克期，减少合并症。同时也锻炼组织人员管理能力，提高护士多方面知识的临床综合应用。
Nursing program is important in emergent treatment for severely burned pa-tients. Rationally programmed and cooperative administration may significantly reduce mistakesand improve working efficiency. Programmed figures and tables containing nursing procedureswere used as guidelines in first aid in site, early management of patients and in arrangement ofnurses. It is also helpfu1 to the chief nurses in charge of guidance and inspection.
