摘要
在pH=11的NH3-NH4Cl缓冲溶液中,Mn(Ⅱ)催化KIO4氧化酸性铬蓝K的反应可被痕量Mg2+有效的阻抑,利用此反应可建立起一种分光光度法测定痕量镁的新方法,方法的线性范围是0.05~0.20mg/L,检出限为8.4×10-9g/mL。此方法用于海带痕量Mg2+测定获得了满意的结果。
When acid chrome blue K was oxidized to deeolorize by KIO4 - Mn ( Ⅱ ) system in NH9 - NH4Cl buffer solution of pH = 11, magnesium ion could inhibit the reaction. A kinetic speetrophotometric method for determination of trace magnesium was proposed . the results show that the detection limit of this method is 8.4 × 10^-9 g/mL ,the linearity range of the detection is 0.05 - 0.20 mg/L at the magnesium absorption wavelength of 540 nm. The method has been applied to determine magnesium ion in the sample of kelp and the result is satisfactory.
