摘要
研究了在氨-氯化铵介质中,Cu(Ⅱ)催化双氧水使中性红褪色反应,建立了动力学光度法测定微量Cu(Ⅱ)的新方法.在0.0~2.5μg/25mL范围内,Cu(Ⅱ)浓度与吸光度A值呈现良好的线性关系.检出限为4.52×10-7g·mL-1,该方法可用于河、湖水等样品中微量铜的测定.
s:A new method is studied for the determination of trace copper (Ⅱ). It is based on the fact that Cu(Ⅱ) can catalyze the fading oxidation of neutral red by hydrogen peroxide in the medium of Ammonia-Ammonium chloride . The linear range of measurement is 0.0~2.5μg/25mL. The detection limit of Cu(Ⅱ)is 4.52×10-7 g·L-1 . The method is simple and sensitive for the determination of trace Cu(Ⅱ) in lake samples.
