摘要
在pH1.5的硝酸介质中,铁(Ⅲ)-柠檬酸配合物在紫外光照射下生成一种红紫色的配合物,其最大吸收波长为400nm。在选定条件下,柠檬酸浓度在0.5~80mg/L范围内与吸光度A值成正比,其摩尔吸光系数为1.36×103L/(mol.cm)。方法具有选择性好、灵敏度高、简便快速等特点,已用于实际样品分析。
Under the conditions of pH 1 5 HNO medium Fe(Ⅲ)-citric acid complex was irradiated by ultravoilet light to form a red-voilet complex,the molar absorptivity of the complex is 1 360L/(mol.cm) at 400nm,Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0 5~80 mg/L for citric acid.The method has shown that the advantages of this reaction are high sensitivity,good selectivity,simple and rapid,and has been applied to the determination of citric acid in drinking samples.
