摘要
针对河北西柏坡发电有限责任公司DLZ200型等离子点火系统在使用中频繁发生故障的问题,从现场维护角度出发,分析造成等离子系统故障率高的原因,并从改造载体风系统,改善等离子电源控制柜工作环境以及完善DCS系统的监控连锁功能等方面提出等离子点火系统的改造措施。
In allusion to the fault occurs during application of six DLZ 200 plasma ignition system of Hebei Xibaipo Electric Power Ltd. Co. , this paper analyzes the causes to high fault rate from the on-site maintain view, and takes the measures that are carrier wind system alteration, plasma power supply control tank work atmosphere improvement, DCS system supervision catenation function consummate, to make system stable operation.
