摘要
针对等离子点火系统在超临界机组应用中暴露的燃烧器烧毁和频繁断弧问题,分析其原因并从调试角度进行优化,简要提出一次风系统、冷却系统、运行方式以及控制逻辑方面的优化对策。通过调试优化,保障了等离子点火系统系统成功投用,能满足超临界机组启动曲线的要求。
Aimed at plasma ignition system in supercritical unit applications exposed burner burning and frequent breaking arc problems, this paper analyzed their causes and from the debug perspective to optimize, briefly putted forward the primary air system, cooling system, operation, and control logic aspects of the optimization measures. Through debugging optimized, the plasma ignition system successfully put into use was assured. Supercritical units meet the requirements of start-up curve.
