摘要
以乙酸甲酯和C型环保油为混合溶剂,以三乙醇胺为非水催化剂,采用酚醛树脂(PF)和活性氧化镁为原料制备螯合物;然后以氯丁橡胶、白炭黑、氧化锌、螯合物和混合溶剂等为原料,制备出一种无"三苯"无"卤代烃"多用途氯丁橡胶胶粘剂。结果表明:该胶粘剂的最佳配方(以质量份计)为氯丁橡胶145份[m(CR2442)∶m(DCR-25)=80∶65],白炭黑20份,氧化锌10份,螯合物120份,混合溶剂700份[m(乙酸甲酯)∶m(C型环保油)=40∶60];由最佳配方制取的氯丁橡胶胶粘剂,其不挥发物含量为23.99%、黏度为2750 mPa·s、初粘剪切强度为1.65 MPa和剪切强度为2.88 MPa,并且其各项性能符合HG/T 3 738-2004标准,其有害物质含量符合GB 18.583-2008标准。
With methyl acetate and C-green oil as mixed solvent,triethanolamine as non-aqueous catalyzer, phenol-formaldehyde resin(PF) and alive magnesia as raw materials,so a chelate complex was prepared. Then a muhi-purpose neoprene adhesive without three-benzene and halohydrocarbon was prepared with neoprene,silica white,zinc oxide,chelate complex and mixed solvent as raw materials. The results showed that the optimal formula of adhesives was obtained when silica white, zinc oxide, chelate complex were 20,10,120 phr respectively,neoprene was 145 phr(namely mass fraction of CR2442 to DCR-25 was 80:65) and mixed solvent was 700 phr(namely mass fraction of methyl acetate to C-green oil was 40:60). The neoprene adhesives which was made by optimal formula had many characteristics such as the non-volatile content was 23.99% ,viscosity was 2 750 mPa.s,initial shear strength and shear strength were 1.65 MPa and 2.88 MPa respectively,its each performances met standard of HG/T 3 738-2004,and injurant contents met standard of GB 18 583-2008.
