摘要 利用ANSYS有限元分析软件的概率设计系统(PDS),将铝合金同轴胶接接头的几何尺寸、载荷和弹性模量等各参数视为随机变量,采用蒙特卡罗有限元法分析了各随机变量对接头胶层中最大剪切应力(τ_(max))的影响。结果表明:当抽样次数为500次、置信度为99.5%时,同轴单搭接胶接接头的可靠度为99.728%。由此说明采用ANSYS/PDS模块对同轴胶接接头进行可靠性分析的方法是可行的,从而为胶接结构的可靠度设计提供了新的思路。 With geometry size, load, modulus of elasticity and other parameters of coaxial bonding joints based on aluminium alloy as random variables,so the influences of various random variables were analysed on maximum shear stress (τmax) in adhesive layer of bonding joints by Monte-Carlo finite element method and A NSYS/PDS (probability design system) software. The results showed that the reliability analysis of coaxial bonding joints was feasible by ANSYS/PDS module, and the new idea used for reliability design of bonding structure was offered because the reliability of coaxial single-lap bonding joints was 99.728% when random sampling was 500 times and confidence level was 99.5%.
