摘要
丁腈橡胶通过其活性端基与环氧树脂发生化学反应,将柔性链段引入环氧树脂中,对环氧树脂起到明显的增韧改性效果,其改性研究工作一直是环氧树脂改性的热点;从预聚物改性、协同改性以及纳米橡胶改性三个方面,综述了丁腈橡胶改性环氧树脂的最新研究进展及其实际应用效果,展望了丁腈橡胶增韧环氧树脂的前景。
Through the chemical reaction of active group of nitrile rubber and epoxy resin,introduce flexible chain segment into epoxy resin,nitrile rubber has significantly modified effect on toughening of epoxy resin,the modified research has been the focus of modified epoxy resin. from three aspects of the prepolymer modification,synergistic modification and nano modified,summarizes the latest research progress and the actual application effect of modified epoxy resin using nitrile rubber,the prospect of nitrile rubber toughened epoxy resin prospects.
