摘要
随着知识经济时代的到来.全球竞争的焦点越来越多的转移到企业人力资源上。企业的竞争,从根本上说是人才的竞争,是人力资源开发质量的竞争。而人力资源管理也必然面临新的挑战,所以企业必须不断创新以适应竞争模式的改变,必须顺应时代的发展,改革创新传统的人力资源管理。
With the coming knowledge - based economy era , the focus of global competition is more and more transferred to the competition of enterprise human resources. Fundamentally speaking, the competitiveness of enter-prises is competition for talent, the quality of human resources development. And human resource management is also bound to face new challenges, so enterprises must constantly innovate to meet the competition model; we must conform to times development, reform traditional human resource management.
