玻璃体内注射兔结膜成纤维细胞制作增生性玻璃体视网膜病变动物模型的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的玻璃体内注射兔结膜成纤维细胞建立增生性玻璃体视网膜病变的动物模型。方法采用酶消化法培养同种异体兔结膜成纤维细胞后,取成年健康灰兔10只,将浓度为2.5×105/0.1ml成纤维细胞悬液注入兔玻璃体腔。观察1个月内兔眼底改变及视网膜增殖情况。结果玻璃体内注入成纤维细胞1个月后,增生性玻璃体视网膜病变的动物模型制作成功,且视网膜脱离发生率为87.5%。结论玻璃体内注入成纤维细胞是制备增生性玻璃体视网膜病变动物模型的一种有效方法。 OBJECTIVE To establish the animal model of proliferative vitreoretinopathy by injecting rabbit conjunctival fibroblasts into vitreous cavity. METHODS Enzymatic digestion was used to culture allogeneic rabbit conjunctival fibroblast cells. A concentration of 2.5 × 105/0.1ml suspension of fibroblasts was injected into vitreous cavity of 10 rabbits. Fundus changes and retinal proliferation were observed within 1 month. RESULTS Having observed for 1 month after intravitreal injection of fibroblasts,we had successfully produced proliferative vitreoretinopathy animal models,and the incidence of retinal detachment was 87.5%. CONCLUSIONS Intravitreal injection of fibroblasts was an effective method to make proliferative vitreoretinopathy animal model.
