摘要
目的:观察骨松宝胶囊治疗伴有骨质疏松症的脊柱压缩性骨折患者的临床疗效及其安全性。方法:自2005年6月—2008年6月,抽取100例伴有骨质疏松症的脊柱压缩性骨折患者,男38例,女62例,年龄51-81岁,平均62.1岁,病程1天-6个月,随机分为治疗组和对照组(每组50例)。除卧床、功能锻炼外,治疗组服用骨松宝胶囊,对照组服用钙尔奇D。治疗1个月后观察腰背痛积分变化,于治疗6个月后观察骨密度及骨生化指标的变化。结果:治疗1个月后,2组病例腰背痛积分值都已下降(P〈0.05),治疗组下降幅度大于对照组(P〈0.01);6个月时,腰椎、股骨颈、桡骨远端骨密度分别平均增加(11.59±0.59)%(、6.19±3.16)%、(14.34±5.84)%,对照组增加(2.19±4.80)%、(0.45±0.89)%、(1.27±0.86)%,两组差异有显著意义(P〈0.05)。治疗前后两组血Ca、血P、血ALP及血BGP差异均无显著性意义。无明显不良反应。结论:骨松宝胶囊能提高骨质疏松性脊柱压缩性骨折患者的骨密度,改善骨生化指标,从而有效减少再骨折的风险。
Objective:To evaluate effect and safety of Gusongbao capsule in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture. Methods:From 2005 to 2008,100 patients (38 males and 62 females,the age from 51 to 81 years with the mean of 62.1 years. The course was 1 day to 8months.) with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracturehad been randomized divided into treatment groups and control ones for prospective and multicentric trail. Beside of lying in bed and functional exercise,Gusongbao capsule was used used in treatment group, and Gaierqi D was used in control group.Lumbodorsal pain score after one month, the bone mineral density ( BMD ) and bone metabolism index after 6 months.Result: After one month, Lumbodorsal pain scores descended, there was obvious difference between treatment group and control group.6 months later, Gusongbao capsule induced marked increased in BMD of lumbar vertebrae (L2-4)( 11.59±0.59% )、neck of femur ( 6.19 ± 3.16 )%, distal radius ( 14.34 ± 5.84 )%versus increased (2.19 ± 4.80)%, (0.45 ±0.89)%, (1.27± 0.86)%, with Gaierqi D ( P〈0.05 ) .Blood Ca, P, ALP, BGP were no significant difference before and after therapy ( P〉0.05 ) .There was no significant untoward reaction.Conclusion: Gnsongbao capsule can increase the bone mineral density and improve the bone metabolism index in patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture, which decrease the risk of fracture.
