摘要
本研究对聚醋酸乙烯酯和聚乙烯醇作为脲醛树脂浸渍底层胶纸装饰板的增韧作用进行的试验结果表明;1.聚醋酸乙烯酯作增韧剂,能提高装饰板的柔韧性,但装饰板的耐水浸能力大为通下降;2.聚乙烯醇作增韧剂既提高了装饰板的柔韧性,又保持了装饰板的耐水浸能力。本研究还过试验确定了SN型装饰层压板的最佳制板工艺条件。
Two kinds of flexibilizers used in SN-decorative laminate were studied. The results showed as follow: 1. Polyvinyl acetate, used as a flexibilizer, can increase the flexibility of SN-decorative laminate and decrease the water resistance of it; 2. Polyvinyl alcohol was proved to be a better flexibilizer, it not only will increase the flexibility of the laminate, but also cannot decrease the water resistance, In addition, the optimum technological parameters were fixed.
