摘要
采用ＮＬＵＦ－８３改性脲醛树脂胶粘剂生产的刨花板，其板材的甲醛释放量已达到西德Ｅ＿１级标准（小于１０ｍｇ·１００ｇ￣－１板材）。如果使用一般刨花板厂用的脲醛树脂胶粘剂，加入不同的添加剂，也能生产出甲醛释放量符合西德Ｅ＿１级标准的刨花板。
The study shows that particle board manufactured with NLUF-83 modified Urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive has reached German standards of E_1 class concerning formaldehyde release (i. e 10 mg. 100 g ￣-1 ). If we use the ordinary UF resin adhesive and add different additives, the quantity of formaldehyde release can also reach the standard.
