摘要
文章从制度伦理的内涵入手,分析了图书馆规章制度在制定和执行过程中的伦理缺失,进一步指出图书馆员与读者和谐关系的构建有赖于制度变革与伦理重建。
Article from the system starting with the connotation of ethics , analyzes the ethical shortcomings in the process of formulating and implementing the library rules and regulations, and further points out that to build a harmonious relationship between librarians and readers relies on the institutional change and the ethics reconstruetion.
