Experimental study on gold extraction by heap leaching at heightened temperature

摘要 为了解决低温对堆浸喷淋的影响,进行了氰化浸金过程的加温试验研究。实验室试验结果表明,对氰化液加温,温度控制在20~80℃之间,比在12℃条件下,金的浸出速度可加快一倍。在堆浸实践中,采用电热器对喷淋池内氰化液加温,延长了氰化浸出时间,使最终金浸出率达到6773%。与自然温度条件下相比,金浸出率提高了787%。 In order to control the unfavorable influence of low temperature on spraying operation in heap leaching,the experimental study on heightening temperature in the course of cyanide leaching of gold was made.It showed from experiment that the temperature of cyanide solution must be heightened to the limit from 20℃ to 80℃,thus the leaching velocity of gold was twice as much as that leaching operation of which the temperature was as low as 12℃.To heighten temperature of cyanide solution in the spraying pond by electric heater ,the leaching time was prolonged and the gold recovery rate finally came to 67.13% raising by 7.81% as compared with that in the condition of natural temperature.
