摘要
针对某炭浆提金厂存在磨矿浓度和细度波动大、浓密机跑浑及吸附炭磨损所产生的细粒炭进入尾矿造成金属流失等问题,本次研究结合生产实践,通过使用PSI在线粒度分析检测设备,对浓密机进行了技术改造,增加了细粒炭回收工艺等技术优化措施并应用于工业实践,该炭浆提金厂絮凝剂单耗降低25 g/t,浸出率稳定提高2.15%,同时,公司每年增加收入约2 000万元,经济效益显著。
Aiming at a CIP gold extraction plant which grinding concentration and fineness has big fluctuation, thickener run muddy, and carbon fines run into tailings causing loss of metal, this study combined with production practice, by the installation and use of PSI online particle size analysis test equipment, technological transformation of thickener, increase the carbon fines recovery technology, then sucessfuly applied in industrial practice,the consumption of flocculant 25 g/t reduced,leaching rate stability increased by 2.15%,the annual income of about twenty million yuan with significant economic benefits.
