摘要
为了更好的评价住宅性能,针对我国住宅现状,在参考了相关法规、标准的基础上,建立包含适用性、安全性、经济性和环境性4单元、23项指标的多因素多级评价指标体系。采用层次分析法构造判断矩阵确定各指标的权重,建立住宅性能多级综合评价模型,并用加权灰色关联度法进行案例分析,结果表明所建立的评价指标体系能够对住宅性能做出科学、合理、全面地评价。
In order to better assessment of residential properties.Residential Status for China,In reference to the "building codes" and ,,Residential Performance Standards, , Established with the applicability, safety, economy and environment of four units and 23 indicators of the multi-factor multi-level evaluation index system. Constructed using the analytic hierarchy comparison matrix to determine the weight of each index. Case study by weig, hted gray correlation degree method. The results show that the establishment of evaluation index system of residential properties can make a scientific, rational, comprehensive evaluation.
