摘要
运用价值工程的基本原理和层次分析法,对轻钢结构住宅进行了功能分析和成本分析,建立轻钢结构住宅的价值分析模型,并与钢筋混凝土结构住宅和砖混结构住宅进行了性价比较,对我国的轻钢结构住宅发展具有重要的参考价值。
In this paper, we choose value engineer as light-steel construction housing project＇s economic evaluation. Through the analyses of light-steel construction housing project＇ s function and cost, we make the value evaluation model of light-steel construction house and the results were compared with those of the reinforced concrete system and the brick-concrete structural system. It will play an important role in development of the light-steel construction housing.
