组织多普勒成像与解剖超声心动图对左心室收缩及舒张功能的评价

Evaluation of Left Ventricular Systolic and Diastolic Function by Tissue Doppler Imaging and Anatomic M-mode Echocardiography

摘要 评价左心室收缩及舒张功能的方法众多,但超声心动图检测方法简便易行,具有较好的潜在应用前景。组织多普勒成像技术能敏感直观地反映室壁运动状态,为精确评价左心室室壁运动提供了一种无创的检测手段,解剖M型超声心动图技术则可以一条或多条独立取样线在2维超声心动图图像上任意旋转取样,并以M型曲线显示取样部位运动情况,提供了另一种评价方法,两种技术有互补作用。 There are multiple methods to assess left vcutficular systolic and diastolic function, but eehocardiography is simple accurate and with better potential application prospect. Tissue doppler imaging,sensitively reflecting the state of wall motion,is a non-invasive means of detecting to evaluate left ventricular wall motion accurately. Anatomic M-mode echocardiography is a technique through which one or multiple independent cursors can be placed and rotated freely in the two dimentional images and the motion of the corresponding ventricular wall can be revealed in M-mode curve. These two technologies complement each other.
