摘要
评述了超微颗粒研究的三个层次（超微粉、纳米颗粒和原子团簇）的国内外发展现状，就理论和实际应用两个方面说明超微颗粒的研究方兴未艾的原因，并对今后发展提出了看法。
In this paper,the devlop ing situation at home and abroad for utramicroparticles diveded into 3 levels:ultramicropowders,nanoparticles,and atom clusters is discussed,the reason for ultramicro particle research being in the agcendant is explained both by the theory and the practical application, and the development in future is also pointed out.
