摘要
采用直流电弧等离子体法,在氮气气氛下用块状海绵钛成功地合成了TiN超微颗粒。X射线衍射和透射电镜研究表明,通过改变实验条件,可以获得单一物相构成的TiN超微颗粒,其晶格常数不随氮气压力变化而改变。TiN粒径分布随氮气压力增加而变大,其超微颗粒的外形在气压低时主要呈立方体或长方体结晶形态。
The ultrafine particles of TiN have been successfully synthesized by DC arc plasma withlump sponge Ti in N2 atmosphere,Observations carried out with X-ray diffraction and TEMshow that the ultrafine particles of TiN can be obtained in the form of single phase of matterby adjusting the experimental parameters and its lattice constant does not vary with the pres-sure of N2. The distribution region of the particles of TiN will become larger when-tRe pres-sure of N2 increases and the morphologies of the particles are cubic and/or cuboid at low gas plessure.
