摘要
介绍了超声无损检测的基本原理,具体阐述了混凝土构件缺陷与超声参数之间的关系,并以此建立了两种判据,结合工程实例对两种判据进行对比和分析,得出PSD判据法可用于混凝土构件缺陷定性和定量的分析,并建议使用该法时结合超声成像法作为最终判据.
The paper briefly introduce the rationale of ultrasonic non-destructive testing, and particularly expatiated on the relationship between ultrasonic parameters and disfigurations in concrete, by which two criterions were established, combined with an engineering case, these two criterions were compared and analyzed, the resuh shows that PSD criterion method could be applied to evaluate both qualitatively and quantitatively on disfigurations in concrete elements, and also advised the combination with ultrasonic imaging method as the final criterion when using PSD method.
