摘要
建立健全项目后评价反馈机制,既可改进和提高项目管理水平,又可为投资规划及政策的制定提供科学依据。通过对中国石油天然气集团公司油气田建设项目后评价反馈机制现状的分析,找出了后评价反馈过程存在的管理运行机制不健全、反馈信息不充分、反馈流程不规范等问题,并提出从流程、管理和制度上完善后评价反馈机制的相关建议。
Being an important link of the evaluation system, feedback mechanism of project post evaluation can not only improving project management level, but also provide scientific evidence for investment planning and decision making. There are some problems, such as imperfect management and operation mechanism and insufficient feedback information etc., exist in current feedback mechanism of construction project post evaluation in Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company. Aiming at these problems, related suggestions covering process, management and regulations are given to improve this feedback mechanism of project post evaluation.
