摘要 目的:检测矽肺患者血清中IL-17水平,探讨其在矽肺发生发展中的意义。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法,对45例Ⅰ期、22例Ⅱ期、9例Ⅲ期矽肺患者和52例非矽肺接尘工人的血清IL-17水平进行检测。结果:Ⅰ期矽肺组患者血清IL-17水平显著高于Ⅱ、Ⅲ期矽肺组及非矽肺接尘组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。Ⅱ、Ⅲ期矽肺组与非矽肺接尘组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:IL-17在矽肺形成早期呈高表达,且可能参与了矽肺发生发展的过程。 Objective To investigate the clinical significance of changes of serum interleukin(IL-17) levels in patients withsilicosis.Methods Serum levels of IL-17 were determined with ELISA in 76 patients with silicosis(stage Ⅰ n=45,stage Ⅱ,n=22,stage Ⅲ,n=9) and 52 controls.Results The serum IL-17 levels in patients with stage Ⅰ silicosis were significantly higher than those in controls(P〈0.01).Howevers the serum IL-17 levels in patients with stage Ⅱ and stage Ⅲ silicosis were not significantly different from those in controls(P〈0.05).Conclusion IL-17 is highly expressed in the early stage of silicosis and may play a role in the development of silicosis.
