摘要
根据市场对中、低档数控系统自动化的要求,设计了基于单片机技术与普通交流三相电机进行配合的折弯机经济型多轴数控系统。该系统采用模块化电路结构设计,分别设计了MCU核心控制与通信模块、开关量功能模块、模拟量输入输出模块、实时时钟模块、液晶显示及键盘模块。根据折弯机的机械结构选用相应的控制模块进行组合,可以很快得到适合各种结构折弯机的数控系统。本系统还适用于剪板机、饰品加工等轴类控制的应用场合。
The economically affordable multiple spindle numerical control system for bending machines has been designed on the basis of MCU technology by using modularized circuit structure consisting of MCU core control and communication module, switching value functional module, analog I&O module, real time clock module, LCD and keyboard, aimed at matching common three - phase motor so as to meet the automation requirements for midrange and high - end numerical control system. Various numerical control systems may be achievable by combining the proper control modules in accordance with the mechanical structure of bending machines. The system is also applicable to plate shearing machine, jewelry processing, and other spindle control circumstances.
