摘要
通过调研和分析,指出目前土木工程专业毕业生就业的主要走向是施工企业,以此明确了土木工程专业人才培养目标应面向施工企业基层技术与管理岗位的定位,并据此分析了目前土木工程专业人才培养计划中存在的偏向设计型、研究型人才的培养问题以及施工系列课程薄弱问题,有针对性地构建了理论教学(基础、结构、施工、拓展)与实践教学(实验、设计、实习、论文)"4+4"的教学模块,提出了加强"双师型"教师队伍培养、施工系列课程教学改革和生产实习的系统化改革等具体思路和措施,为地方高校土木工程专业人才培养模式的改革提供了参考。
Through investigation and analysis, the paper points out that the graduate students of civil engineering obtain their employment mainly in the construction enterprise, so it' s clear that working at the technology post and management post of the construction enterprise should be civil engineering students. According to this, the paper analyzes that there is series course weakness in the current civil engineering talent cultivation plan such as paying too much attention to cultivating design and research ability, less attention to the construction course, etc. The paper constructs a new"4 + 4" teaching module which consists of theory teaching ( basis, structure, construction, expand) and practice teaching (experiments, design, practice, treatise) pertinently. It proposes some specific ideas and measures such as "double-meaning" teachers training, strengthening teaching reform of construction courses and the systematic reform of production practice, etc. It provides reference for local colleges and universities in civil engineering specialty talents training mode reform.
