摘要
目的探讨抗抑郁新药度洛西汀的疗效及安全性。方法将符合CCMD-3抑郁症的诊断标准,汉密尔抑郁量表(17项)>20分的患者66例,随机分为度洛西汀组34例,帕罗西汀32例,进行围期6周的治疗,用汉密尔抑郁量表减分率评定疗效,副反应量表评定不良反应。结果经6周治疗后两组获得明显疗效,且疗效相当。度洛西汀有效率为73.5%,不良反应发生率41.2%。结论度洛西汀是一种安全有效的抗抑郁剂。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of duloxetine in the treatment of depression.Methods 66 patients who met CCMD-3 criterion for depression episode were randomly assigned to duloxetine group（n=34）and paroxetine group（n=32）for the treatmentof 6 weeks.The clinical efficacy was evaluated by HAMD.The side effects were evaluated by TESS.Results The efficacy was similar for the two drugs.The efficacious rate was 73.5% and the adverse events rate was 41.2%for duloxetine.No significant difference was founded in the adverse events between the two groups Conclusion Duloxetine is an effective drug for depression with good tolerance.
