摘要
以金属钠与乙醇作用生成的乙醇钠为催化剂合成了香豆素-3-羧酸乙酯,再经皂化、酸解环合合成香豆素-3-羧酸。考察了各反应条件对香豆素-3-羧酸收率的影响。确定了最佳工艺条件为:n(水杨醛)∶n(丙二酸二乙酯)=1∶1.25,金属钠用量0.25 g、无水乙醇20 mL(均对4.0 g水杨醛),反应时间120 min,香豆素-3-羧酸的收率达到90%以上。
The synthesis of coumarin-3-carboxylic acid by saponification and aeidolysis cyclization of coumarin-3-carboxylic acid ethyl ester which was catalyzed by sodium ethoxide was studied. The effects of reaction condition were investigated. The optimum reaction conditions were obtained as follows: molar ratio of diethyl malonate to salicylaldehyde is 1.0 : 1.25;the dosage of catalyst is 0. 25 g; the amount of absolute ethanol is 20 mI.;the reaction time is 120 min. Its yield achieves higher than 90%.
