摘要
通过对PERKIN反应合成香豆素的研究,首次研制一种新的催化剂氟化钠,代替原来的催化剂乙酸钠。使香豆素的收率从50%提高到76%。反应的最佳摩尔比为氟化钠:水扬醛:乙酸酐=1.6:1.0:3.1.操作方便,反应周期大大缩短。
The synthesis of coumarin has been completed in good yield by treating salicylaldehyde and acetic anhydride with anhydrous sodium fluride as catalyst. Optimum molar rate——salicylaldehyde: acetic anhydride: sodium fluride=1:3.1:1.6. The reaction time can be reduced and the operation can be simpled comparing to the classical synthesis of coumarin catalyzed by sodium acetate.
