摘要 目的探讨磷酸化p38丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(p-p38 MAPK)在皮肤鳞状细胞癌(SCC)中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测60例皮肤SCC中p-p38 MAPK的表达。结果p-p38 MAPK的表达主要定位于胞核,在皮肤SCC的阳性表达率明显高于正常皮肤。p-p38 MAPK的表达与年龄、性别无关,与病理分级、肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移有关。结论p38丝裂原活化蛋白激酶的过表达可能与皮肤SCC的发生发展有关。 Ojbective To investigate the expression of phosphorylated-p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase (p-p38 MAPK)and its significance in skin squamous cell carcinoma(SCC). Methods Immunohistochemistry SP method was used to detect the expression of p-p38 MAPK in specimens from 60 cases of skin SCC. Results The expression of p-p38 MAPK was mainly localized in the cell nucleus. Positive rate of p-p38 MAPK expression in skin SCC was significantly higher than that in norreal skin. The expression of p-p38 MAPK was correlated with histology grade, tumor size and lymph node metastasis, but not with age or gender. Conclusion Overexpression of p-p38 MAPK may be related to the occurrence and development of skin SCC.
