摘要 丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(mitogen-activated protein kinase,MAPK)是生物体内重要的信号转导系统之一,是一类丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶,在细胞的生长、发育、分化等方面发挥重要作用,P38丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(P38 MAPK)是其中的一个亚类.肝星状细胞(hepatic stellate cell,HSC)是肝纤维化形成过程中主要的效应细胞,本文主要讨论P38MAPK信号通路及其在肝星状细胞中发挥的作用. Mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPKs) play a pivotal role in the transduction of extracellular signals to the nucleus, which results in numerous cellular responses, including proliferation, differentiation, and regulation of specific metabilic pathways. P38 MAPK is one of the MAPK-family groups. Hepatic stellate ceils (HSCs) are the main effector ceils in the occurrence of liver fibrosis, so this review describes P38 MAPK signal pathway and its role in HSCs.
