摘要
从学校教育组织形式层面开展满足学生差异性需求的改革与研究,是高质量教育的一个新增长点。“走班学习”因能较好地发挥班级教学的优点、兼顾学生个性发展的差异,在素质教育要求张扬人的个性背景下,在许多学校进行尝试性实践。文章试图站在比较客观的视角,对走班学习这一教学组织形式的课程设置、教学管理、师生适应与教学评价等方面进行初步的实践探索。
A new breakthrough in high quality education is the research and reform on how to satisfy the needs of student' s difference form the point of the educational organization forms. The learning for freeing choosing one' s courses emerged in the last years of the 1980s. Because of its advantage in making full use of class -teaching virtues and developing student' s personality, many of the primary and secondary schools are putting the system of freeing choosing one' s course into practice in the background of quality education. In this thesis , the author will probe the practice for learning of freeing choosing one' s course form a comparatively objeetive angle. The questions of its practice thinking read as follows : curriculum and teaching, management of running, adaptability between student and teacher; teaching evaluation.
