摘要
围绕仪器共享管理这一理念，提出并探讨了“三个分离”模式：管理者与使用者分离，管理者不使用仪器，并执行严格的使用准人制度；管理者与财务分离，收支两条线，并实现便捷的财务结算服务；管理者与托管教授分离，以“虚拟货币”形式支持部分使用者。
This paper is based on the concept of ＂instrument sharing management＂, raised and discussed the model of three ＂separations＂ as follows： separation of managers and users, that is, managers do not use in struments and strictly enforce the access system; separation of managers and finance, which means adherence to the two-line principle of revenues and expenditures, and achieves the convenient financial settlement serv ices; separation of managers and trust professors so as to support some users by using the forms of ＂virtual money. ＂
